Holiday Catalog is Here!

I absolutely love this time of year!  Time to start thinking about the approaching holidays and the start of the  Holiday Catalog!  And, it's an AWESOME one this year!  (well.... I say that every year - but it really is!)

There are so many things I love in this new catalog, but I have to say the first product that jumped out at me was this Hearts Come Home Bundle.  My favorite part - the cute little edgelit with the church.

Here's a card I created using this bundle.   The attendees at my Holiday Catalog Retreat will get to make this card as part of their Friday evening stamp-a-stack.  And, by the way, it's not too late to register.  Today is the deadline!

Christmas in August!

While it's 100 degrees here in Texas, it's a little hard to think about Christmas right now, but.... it's August which means it's time to start my 5 months of Christmas card classes!  I thought I'd give you a peek at the 6 deigns we'll be making this month.

Would you like to make these cards??

Daisy Delight Thank You Card

I just can't seem to get enough of this Daisy Delight stamp set and matching punch!  AND... it's finally back in stock!  Yay!!

For this card, I did a different kind of fold, with a belly band.   The card base is still a half sheet of card stock (8-1/2" x 5-1/2"), but it's scored at 2-1/8" from each end.  Then I just wrapped a 9-1/2" x 3/4" piece of Night of Navy card stock around it and secured it in the front with Fast Fuse, then added the punched daisies on top!   Super easy!  Just be sure and only adhere your front focal piece to one side of the card.
